Change windows accounts through Ubuntu.

Installation

First, enable the universe and multiverse repositories.

Install chntpw:

sudo apt-get install chntpw

Basic usage

Go to the following directory on the windows drive. (See my post on forcing an ntfs drive to mount if you're having problems mounting it.)

/Windows/System32/config/

To list the users type:

chntpw -l SAM

To get an interactive menu to edit a user type:

chntpw -i SAM
